This cookie policy explains how Back to code B.V. ("we", "us") uses cookies on kendo.dev and the Kendo application.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your web browser. They are used to remember information about your visit, such as your login session.
Cookies we use
We use only strictly necessary cookies. These are essential for the application to function and do not require your consent under the ePrivacy Directive (Article 5(3)) and the Dutch Telecommunicatiewet.
Landing page (kendo.dev)
The kendo.dev marketing site is a static website served via Cloudflare Pages. It does not set any cookies of its own.

All cookies are:
- HTTP-only — Not accessible via JavaScript (except XSRF-TOKEN which must be readable by the frontend)

What we do NOT use
- No analytics cookies (Google Analytics, Plausible, etc.)
- No advertising or marketing cookies
- No social media tracking pixels
- No third-party cookies of any kind
Do we need a cookie consent banner?
No. Under EU law (ePrivacy Directive, Article 5(3)) and Dutch law (Telecommunicatiewet, Article 11.7a), consent is not required for cookies that are strictly necessary for providing the service. Since we only use functional cookies, no consent banner is needed.
We provide this policy for transparency.
Changes
If we ever introduce non-essential cookies (e.g., analytics), we will update this policy and implement a consent mechanism before placing them.
